Every autumn we put a folding table and a cool box in the van and spend four Saturdays pouring Sprig for anyone who walks past. It is the only time of year we get to watch people taste it, which is both useful and mildly terrifying.

What to expect
All six drinks, poured cold, in small glasses. Ida will bring whatever is still flowering, so you can smell the plant next to the drink. Nothing is for sale at the table; we will simply point you to the nearest stockist, which is never more than a short walk away.
