Ingredients

Makes

6 glasses

Units

  • ยฝcucumber, sliced into long ribbons with a peeler
  • 1lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1generous fistful of mint
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt
  • 3cans of Sprig Elderflower & Sea Salt, cold
  • Ice, served in the glasses

You will need

three cans of Sprig Elderflower & Sea Salt

How to make it

Method

01

Press the cucumber ribbons against the inside of a large jug so they stay put.

02

Add the lemon slices, the mint and the pinch of salt.

03

Pour in the three cans slowly, tilting the jug as you would a glass of beer.

04

Carry it to the table straight away and pour over ice in each glass.

The tip

Build the jug no more than ten minutes before serving. Bubbles are patient, but not that patient.

One cucumber makes about twelve of these. Use a peeler and keep going.
