Ingredients

Makes

1 tall glass

Units

  • 1small handful of mint leaves, stalks removed
  • ยฝlemon, cut into wedges
  • 1teaspoon of honey, or none at all
  • 200 mlSprig Nettle & Lime
  • Crushed ice

You will need

one can of Sprig Nettle & Lime

How to make it

Method

01

Press the mint, lemon and honey together in the bottom of a tall glass. Be firm with the lemon and gentle with the mint.

02

Pack the glass with crushed ice, right to the top.

03

Pour over the Nettle & Lime and stir from the bottom up, twice.

04

Clap a sprig of mint between your hands and set it on top.

The tip

Bruised mint tastes green, shredded mint tastes bitter. If the leaves are in pieces, you have gone too far.
