Our story

It started with a hedgerow, a bucket and a borrowed kitchen.

Three of us still pick, steep and can within a short drive of the workshop. Only the citrus travels. If a plant is out of season, so is the drink. Read our story.

01

Picked by hand

Within a short drive of the workshop, never further.

02

Steeped cold

Eighteen hours in spring water. Nothing is heated.

03

Canned in season

One batch a year for each drink, when its plant is ready.

Questions

Sugar, shelf life, where it is made: the rest are in the FAQ.

What is actually in a can of Sprig?

Sparkling water, cold-steeped herbs, a squeeze of citrus and nothing we canโ€™t pronounce. No sugar, no sweeteners and no โ€œnatural flavouringsโ€ doing mysterious work in the background.

Does Sprig contain sugar or sweeteners?

No. Every flavour is unsweetened. The slight roundness you taste comes from the botanicals themselves, mostly the citrus peel and the flowers.

Are the cans recyclable?

Yes. The cans are aluminium and endlessly recyclable, and the outer box is plain cardboard with paper tape. Rinse, flatten, recycle.
